Absolutely stunning pair of brilliant green hand blown art glass table lamps dating to late 50's or early 60's in amazing vintage condition. Glass has a "diamond" shape and sparkles when in the light. Brass filigree bases offer an elegant touch to the beautiful lamps. Original raw silk shades have muted colored braid accents at the top and bottom and are both in very nice condition. Newer hand painted ceramic finials were added.I have the old brass finials that also came with the lamps. Glass has some "dimples" in the glass that were a part of the hand blowing. These are not felt on the outside. One lamp has a surface scratch that is only appreciated on very close inspection. 31 tall to the top of the finial.
19 1/2 tall to the top of the socket. 12" dia x 9" tall. Brass base is 7" dia x 1 3/4" tall.
Glass bodies are inset approx. 1 1/2 on top of base.
Barrel shades are 14 1/4" tall x 16 1/2 dia at the bottom and 15 1/2" dia at the top. Silvered socket supports show age appropriate wear/spotting, one is worse than the other.
